At Bohemian Afro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and promise to make sure we do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase upon arrival, you may return the item at your own expense for exchange only within 7 days of product arrival. Follow the steps below if you would like to return/exchange any item that you have purchased:
1. Contact “Bohemian Afro” at Bohemian Afro@gmail.com, detailing which item(s) you are not satisfied with (and why) as well as the item you would like for exchange.
2. After I receive your email I will respond with the return address that you will need to ship the returned item to.
3. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping,Bohemian Afro will cover the costs of shipping for the item you would like for exchange. Buyer will be billed if the exchanged item(s) differ in price.
-If any item is broken or damage, buyer must notify Bohemian Afro of this in initial email, as well as how the item was damaged and whether or not it was damaged upon or after arrival.
