PMS AND MENSTRUAL REMEDIES

Warm Apple Cider Vinegar Drink Recipe:

2 Cap Fulls of ACV

1/4 Cup of Apple Juice (Try to get one without tons of extra sugar)

8 oz of Hot Water

1 Tsp of crushed ginger

1/2 Tsp of Tumeric

2 TBS of Honey (Or to your liking)
