At Bohemian Afro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and promise to make sure we do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction.
Currently, all domestic and international orders are shipped via USPS within 2-5 business days. You can expect your package to arrive within 7-10 days from purchase. If your order is time-sensitive, please notify us so we can assist further – if possible.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This email confirms that your order has been received and has been sent to production.
If you would like to return an item we are only accepting non-jewelry or wearable items due to health and safety regulations at this time, you may return the item at your own expense and can expect processing within 14 days of product arrival. Returns will not be permitted on jewelry and wearable items. Follow the steps below if you would like to return any (non-jewelry or wearable) item that you have purchased:
1. Contact “Bohemian Afro” at Bohemian [email protected], detailing which item(s) you would like to return and why.
2. After I receive your email I will respond with the return address that you will need to ship the returned item to.
3. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping.

Broken or Damaged Items
If any item is broken or damaged, the buyer must notify Bohemian Afro of this in the initial email, as well as how the item was damaged and whether or not it was damaged upon or after arrival. We require photographic evidence of the packaging within 48 hours of product arrival at your doorstep. We may ask for more info to determine if the damaged product was due to transit or packaging. Items damaged after you’ve opened the package are not our responsibility (please see our page on care instructions) and will not be refunded. We will judge each order on a case by case basis. We ensure that packaged items are firm and protect your purchase. In certain cases, we also hold the right to deny your claim.
If you would like to cancel an order. Please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. Once the package is shipped cancellations are no longer permitted.
